Need Help!!

hey i am 27 years old. please ignore my english as i am not very good at it. i m married since last 2 years and was trying to conceive when my gyne suggested i have bicornate/septate uterus (after going through the hysterosalpingogram test). my gyne suggested laproscopy so that he can see wether its bicornate or septate uterus, and if i have endometrioses and any other cyst. but before he could perform laproscopy i got pregnant. he gave me some support pills to make the baby servive. however, i misscarried in the 6th week and for the miscarraige he gave me 2 dose of cytotee. now he is again suggesting laproscopy after 1.5 months. should i go for laproscopy ??? because it is proved now that i m not infertile, and i do have endometrioses and a cyst which is malignant. please help me and suggest if i should go for laproscopy or just wait and try once again for pregnancy?

If it was me, I would have the surgery since it could help solve some of the mysteries of why it took a while for you to conceive.  I know that even mild endometriosis can cause some problems while trying to get pregnant.  It is a mild surgery and while they are looking into everything he may remove the cyst while looking at your uterus.  This will give your dr a better idea of your situation and perhaps how to treat you when you do become pregnant to help you carry one to term.

Do you have any other children?

I have endometriosis and fibroyoid cyst, I've had surgury twice only due to being in pain.  The first time they found severe endo with adhesions attached to my uterus and intestines, the second was only mild since it had only been 5 years since my last surgery for the endo.   The surgery will give your dr the answers to help find out more concerning your uterus and remove any adhesions and cyst if they look like they can be causing some problems with you conceiving.

How long have you been trying to get pregnant before you became pregnant this last time?  If it didn't take long than the endometriosis and cyst isn't causing any fertility problems.

I would ask the dr if they want to do the surgery to try to get more answers concerning your uterus since it seems you are able to conceive even with the endometriosis and the cyst.

Did the dr give you prometrium while you were pregnant to help with low progesterone when you were pregnant?
