Had a.miscarriege 6 wks ago last week i spotted only  a day. Then yesterday i spottec again. Does this mean my body is getting ready to ovulate again??

It is possible it is your menstrual cycle.?  I think the first cycle can be different for some.  You would be at the right time to get your first cycle if you haven't already.  Here is another scenario:  it could be implantation bleeding if you haven't been trying to prevent pregnancy since your miscarriage. I cramped very mildly and had spotting 10, 12, 13, and 14 DPO.

After a miscarriage will have have a period after 4-6 weeks.

Has this happened???

Mine period came after 24 days and it was a much ligher/shorter period cycle and now it's more heavier, but it's still within the normal range.

I would see ur doctor if ur concerned.

Have you had a period since ur miscarriage? I don't think spotting is a sign of ovulation, it may just be some old blood, I have read it is commen to spot alittle between periods after a miscarriage.
