Need info about HSG results..Confused

Hi All
I have had 2 misscariages within the last 11 months followed by 2 D&C's. My 1st was at 5 1/2 weeks and the 2nd saw heartbeat during the 8th week visit  but growth stopped after that.pathology result for 2nd miscarriage came back with turner syndrome which according to my gyn is a random occurence.I was referred to maternal fetal medicine for a 2nd opinion.the Dr suggeted some tests. So far all the blood test came back normal. My hsg well i was expecting it to be normal ,my Dr too but the results said there was no spill and also a scarring in the utreus(which my Dr said isn't a big issue ,could be dure to D&C's may be) but she was thoroughly confused with the no spill one and she said she will recommend me to RE where she said either they would do few more test or suggest IVF.

Now I'm thoroughly frustarted, confused, stressed, panicked you name it..b'coz I expected it to be opened b'coz i was able to get pregnant twice naturally..Could this be somehow the reason for my earlier miscarriages.

What are the chances that the RE would suggest me the IVF route.Frankly speaking im ok with it rather than going thru hsg, hystrscopy, laproscopy etc.
I have amy first appt with the RE on Mon.

Can some of you provide any insights or any other useful info.

thanks in advance

I could understand if they told you that you had uterine fibroids for the miscarriages but to be pregnant w/out IVF before and now no spillage is confusing.   How long ago was your last miscarriage?    Did they say no spillage in both tubes or just one?

If no spillage in both tubes the RE will most likely suggest the IVF route with you.

I had no spillage in one tube but after 4 HSG's done over time the scar tissue was pushed out and now both tubes are open.  A lot cheaper than doing IVF.  Plus if it is just one tube blocked you can still get pregnant with just one tube open.
