Pregnancy after a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage around 2and a half months ago and I just got first period after my miscarriage on the 17the it lasted around 6 days and wasn't as heavy as it usually is I didn't have any period cramps or tender boobs like I normally did, could I be pregnant as yesterday and today I've had pains in my back and a tender tummy I'm not sure whether to do a pregnancy test just yet as it may say negative as it might be to early to tell. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do ?

You should always take a pregnancy test... Just to see

you may also be ovulating and the tender tummy is a symptom of that

If you have symptoms you can do a HPT because symptoms don't show right away, actually you must have enough HCG in your system for your body to actually cause the symptoms so if you have symptoms you should go ahead and do the HPT. Every pregnancy is different I had a great pregnancy with my 3 yr old like literally I had no symptoms of nothing besides fatigue then with this pregnancy I only had bloating, loss of appetite & sore boobs. But no poking or any of those other symptoms people be speaking of. Everyone is different you know? Keep me posted sweetie. God bless and good luck.
