I too miscarried in sept and I lost the baby on sept 5th. I haven't had my period yet either. I have been cramping like crazy that recently ceased 2 days ago. I'm pretty sure I ovulated so I expect to get my Af in 14 days or a BFP. Hope it's a bfp
I think your fine. I known my dates line up with yours and i wasn't too worried about the late af. I was also followed up to make sure everything was out and fine.

I posted on your other thread but as a summary.  I felt quite similar to you last week and the week before.. light headed, tired, sore breasts..  I was taking pregnancy tests - one last week and one the week before, both negative

i had alot of follow up after mine so i know that it took about 2 weeks for my hcg levels to drop...  it took me 6 weeks from my d&c (the "miscarriage") to get my period...  but only 4 weeks from the time my hcg levels drop..

If you havent been having any symptoms of retained products (painful cramps, fever, bleeding) and your ultra sound on the 14th was clean.. then I would wait it out a week or two.. see how it goes..

I was told not to worry unless its been over 8 weeks.. as the normal range is 4-8 weeks and everyone is different.

100% normal to feel so confused at this point

You should schedule one to make sure everything was cleared out. That could be your problem.

I am sorry for your loss. Each of us is different. Many women their period within 4-6 weeks, but that is just an average. Some women take longer. Your body is adjusting to what happened and needs to get back to normal. Do not worry about it much it will happen. Give it another week or two and then go your doctor with your concerns. Did you have a follow up after the mc? Was everything clear if you did?  Good luck
