Fever, dizzy and vomiting

i had brownish discharge in morning so i thought i have started miscarriage since 11:00am i am getting dizzy and getting weird feeling and mostly i feel like vomiting as soon as i get my head up. i have thrown twice or three times since that time and i don't whether its normal during miscarriage. i don't know what to do at this stage. i am feeling really sick all i want to do is lay in bed and not even move my head once. when i vomit i feel good for a while but again i start doing that. i have been feeling really feverish. i know i am suppose to have miscarriage soon enough. has anyone else had this problem?? and if they did what was the best thing they did to stop this feeling.

thats what i am thinking as well. it only happened once. my blood pressure was 120/74 pulse 91. i am not really sure if its high or low. but i am going to wait today as my doctors and EPAU are closed. if i got this problem today as well i ll definitely leave for ER.

I've had 3 m/c's and was not sick or dizzy with any of them.  I'd call your doctor and see what they say bc I don't think those symptoms are related to having a m/c.

Sounds like you might have a flu or infection. I never had any of those problems during any miscarriages. I would call your dr's office and ask.
