I have a history o f misscarriages....

and I know 1 in 5 woman have multipal miscarriages but I might be pregnant and I just want to find out if I can really prevent it from happening? the doctors said if I miscarry a third time and i want to continue trying they could give me something to stop myself from miscarrying. I dont really want it to come to that. I am praying that I can have a successful pregnancy. I am almost in tears when I try to talk to my boyfriend when I think I am. And when I drink I cant even have fun cuz I am always crying my eyes out all night and I drink almost every weekend. I want to think positive like everyone tells me to but its hard. I even dropped out of school cuz I couldnt handle everyone giving me pity from my first miscarriage and my second I never really told anyone but family and i just hid away from the world. the only person I never told about my second was my dad cuz i was ashamed cuz he isnt a grandpa yet

you should ask about progesterone ASAP to start it.  i think it is what helped me.  and you can always take the baby apsitrin til week 13 and then stop.

i had a blood test done when I was pregnant with my first pregnancy but they never said anything about blood clots. just that my hormone levels were dropping and thats how they found out after my u/s that I had misscarries. I might be about 5 weeks now I am not sure.i am going to find out today. I am very scared about it. cuz I dont want to find out than lose it. I want to have a successful pregnancy. the doctor only gave me prenatal pills. well I am going to find out today and I am going to ask the doctor to make an ultrasound appointment for me. I dont want to go in for an ultrasound or bloodtest but I want to know that if I am than my baby is healthy. But I am scared of other wise.

i had 2 miscarriages within 5 months.  i went through all the testing and all of them came back normal, which meant there was not reason for my miscarriages besides nature.  but just in case, the doctor put me on progesterone and baby aspirin.  i am now 18 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy.  so you can go on to have a healthy pregnancy.  have they run any bloodwork on you just in case it is something simple like hormones or a common blood clotting disorder?
