Strange heavy second period after miscarriage

I had a natural m/c on 14th April and waited 7 weeks for my first period. The first few days I just had light spotting which then turned into a heavy period for 7 days, although it was heavier than usual it felt normal. This month however I started off similar to last with light spotting but now I am experiencing similar feelings I had during my miscarriage for example throughout the whole day I have very little blood on my sanitary towel but when I go to the toilet I have the same suction type feeling i had when miscarrying and when I push to wee I have very thick stringy blood that looks like a small clot in the toilet. This happens everytime i go to the toilet.

Has anyone else experience similar periods? I am just worried that I may be having another miscarriage but early on. I don't have any unusual pain just the usual period pains

I too have been trying to conceive again that is why I was worried about a miscarriage. Last night I was really confused so I called the hospital and they said it is common to experience unusually heavy periods while your body is recovering an she also said for it to be a second miscarriage a pregnancy test would have to be positive. So it is most likely that we are just having a bad period. You should do a test to put ur mind at rest x
