Good luck on your pregnancy. Congrats!
One cause of miscarriage is Celiac disease. It causes malapsorption of nutrients. You might want to get the blood tests for it so you can change your diet if necessary. Then your gut would heal and you and the baby would absorb the nutrients you both need so much at this crucial time. Either way, take your special vitamins and try to eat veggies and fruits ! (I am told sometimes pregnancy can really change what you can and can't get down, which is odd since it would be best if healthy foods were what tasted good.)
First of all congrats on the baby. Try to be as stress free as possible. Relax, prop your feet up, and let someone spoil you for a while. You had no control over a miscarriage sweetie. And I'm not sure I understand the false pregnancy thing, but again it cant possibly be your fault.
Its ok to be excited about a baby. You are going to be fine. And do not feel alone, every woman who has experienced a miscarriage is scared of losing the next one. You are going to be fine.
Best of luck. Will keep you in prayers.
Hi MG89, first of all there was nothing you could do to prevent the miscarriage so I pray to god that you do not blame yourself for that. Keep your emotions calm until you've had the 12 week ultrasound. From thereon, keep emotionally balanced and try to think positively. If you need anyone to speak to please feel free to inbox me.
Best of luck and congratulations.
