please help

If you take a pregnancy test but you are spotting and you do it just to see if your hcg levels still show that you are pregnant. Can that come out positive? Or the blood in the urine will make it negative?

I am surprised your doctor didnt have you follow up with another blood hcg test to see if your numbers were doubling. If you are still pregnant you should be able to get a very strong positive with a urine test. however, either way i would recommend doing a follow-up appt with your doctor. If you miscarried they need to make sure nature took care of itself, and if you didnt miscarry they need to make sure that there isnt a significant reason you started bleeding. I am sorry your going through all of this as i am sure its super confusing, best of luck and keep us posted! On a side note, with my son my hcg level started out super low and i bled and he is perfectly healthy 14 month old now, however in november i had a really low hcg and bled and had a miscarriage.. point being that it can definitely go either way.

Yes it did, my story is that I did a pregnancy test about 3 weeks ago n my doctor said that my hcg levels were very low because my pregnancy was very early maybe 2 or 3 weeks, but then a day later I started bleeding like my period but now that the bleeding its very light hardly anything...so I just wanted to know if a pregnancy test would tell me if I'm still pregnant or if I misscarried

the blood in the urine should have no effect on the levels of hcg. blood itself contains hcg. i'm not entirely sure what your question is, are you pregnant now and now getting a negative? if so, i would see a doctor asap. however, if you are just taking a test because you suspect you are pregnant and getting negative then i would re test in a week if your regular flow doesnt start. Hope I helped some!
