miscarry??

According to my calculations I am 8 weeks pregnant. I had a scan this morning and even though we could see baby, there was nno heartbeat and is only the size of a 5-6 week old foetus. I have to have another scan next week to see if its grown. I could tell by her face that she doesn't hold out much hope. I am still having alkaline the symptoms of sore boobs, nausea extreme fatigue but she said this can happen. Can anyone please advise me?

To keep you posted. I had it confirmed today that my baby has died. I have a pic of the scan and can clearly see my baby. My partner and I have decided to let nature take its course. When it does happen we are having our own little funeral and placing a plant in "her" memory.

I had et a similar case i was 9 wks pregnant to my calculation but after a scan was told i was only 6-7 and the bub had stopped growing drs pushed for a d&c to be done as they said there was no chance.
After having the d&c i still believe there was a chance and that it would have and could have formed normally..

I am not a Doctor, but it seems your having a missed miscarriage. This happened to me twice this year, all before 12 weeks.

Wait until ur next scan and then you will know.

If you have lost the baby then am vey sorry. Miscarriages are very common and most women have at least 1. Am sad to say I have had 2, but that's just bad luck on my side :-(

Hi. I conceived naturally. My dates for my last period are correct. I tested positive 2 days before my next expected period. What are the chances of ovulating late and near to my next due period (which never came) and having a positive result?

Did you conceive naturally or through fertility?  If naturally, maybe your conception date is off, and things will look perfect next time.
