1st doctor says MS and second does not agree

So I have had symptoms for years.  Headaches, severe dizziness with falls.  Numbness and all.  Weird sensations.  Feels like something moving in my head or body.  Finally an MRI which showed several lesions (demye?) so I get Lumbar puncture shows 6 o bands and I am told I have MS.  1 1/2 later another doctor orders MRI and says brain is normal no MS.  He testing for all the other things o-bands can show, nothing.  So still going through all my symptoms and no answers.  What do I do

Keep up to date with your doctor. If you think their diagnosis is wrong, see someone new if possible. Trust yourself. You know your body better than them. And it’s also possible your MS is in remission, which is why the MRI looks better now. This would make sense if you’ve been in treatment for MS. If not, maybe the lesions were caused by something that mimics MS or something entirely different. I’d just say to keep up with doctors visits and keep an updated list of symptoms with dates. And be open to anything! It could that your MS is in remission or it could be something else! Either/or it’s important to get answers. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this! My fight for a diagnosis has been very difficult as well. It isn’t easy!
