I'm starting to think neurology is similar to meteorology:

It's MS.  No, it's ME.  No, it's bodywide RSD!   You have periventricular lesions.  You don't have periventricular lesions. It's going to rain.  No, it's going to be sunny.

Any thoughts?

Tammy

Advice?  Look out the window for the answer to the weather and inside yourself for the answers to the health question.  You know something is wrong, so keep plugging along and don't forget to keep an umbrella handy for those sunny days!

You need a new neuro!  One that can at least treat your symptoms, if not your disease.
