THANK YOU!... GOT ANSWERS!...

I finally got a diagnosis yesterday....with LYME DISEASE!!  I saw a lyme specialist yesterday and he said with my WB and symptoms he felt very confident it was lyme and wants to begin treatment ASAP.  I'm a bit relieved, scared, and confused all at once.  I'm still worrying a bit and thinking "what If?" But this the only thing that has come up abnormal in my testing and my symptoms fit.  I guess treatment will tell all.   I'm seeing my dr on Friday to discuss treatment options.

Anyways I wanted to take the moment to THANK YOU for all your help and encouragement.  It's been a LONG journey and because of wonderful people like you I have got answers.   Honestly if it wasn't for your guidance I would still be lost.   THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I hope everyone is doing well.

I happy that you finally got a diagnosis and can begin treatment.  I'm curious though, did you have the rash that accompanied your tick bite?  Did you have a hunch that it may be lymes instead of ms?  I ask because all signs point to ms, but I also grew up in the midwest where ticks are everywhere.  Telling your story will be very helpful insight to me.  Thanks!

Good luck, take care and stay in touch.  terry
