try this-

go to
http://books.google.com/

in their advanced search put in
DeJong's

the very first book in the choices will be
DeJong's the Neurologic Exam

select that book

you will then see a preview version of the book

using the scroll bar on the right side scroll down until it gets to page 526 - that is the beginning of Chapter 44, which is about Gait

I hope this helps.... it really is interesting reading if you want to know more about those walking/jumping/standing tests that neuros do on us!
