Goof News For Lemtrada (alemtuzumab)

Good news for Lemtrada (alemtuzumab). The Peripheral and Central Nervous System Drugs Advisory Committee has recommended that the FDA approve alemtuzumab for the treatment of MS. As with any of our favorite concoctions there are serious risks, but the reduction in relapse rate seems to outweigh them.

That's great news, Kyle!  It's certainly a drug I'd consider, especially if for some reason I can't take Tysabri any longer.

This is good news goingvto ask my doctor to put me on this. I have failed rebif and my liver didnt tolerate tysabri after 10 infusions. I really didnt like the side effect profile from tecfidera and was hoping this was gonna get approved.
