MRI pics of lesions

I just posted some of my MRI pics on my profile.  I have about 18 or so lesions so these are just a few on different image sequences....flair and sagital.

Please tell me what you think about them and whether anyone DX with MS have lesions that look similar.

Thanks
Mistylee

I think that's crazy, myself.  Get a new neuro.  (Easy to say, I know - I'm still with mine... but then again, I'm not having to fight for a diagnosis.)

Thank for your opinions.  Yes I am wondering why I'm not DX as well. The neuro says he is not looking for anything else. He made a remark last time I was with him that I thought strange.

He said your lucky you don't have any lasting disibility besides your stiff left leg.  It seems to me not something you would say unless you really believed it was MS.

Anyway all those lesions were there 5 years ago at age 37 and he wants to see a new one to fullful the mac donald criteria. So I can only assume from that that I have only one clinical symptom........hyperreflexia. He needs to see either a new lesion or positive LP , hence the struggle for me to stop being chicken and just get one done.

I mean seriously, who has 18 lesions on the brain at 37????  This is not normal is it??
Steph I don't see the neuro unless I have a flare but he is waiting for me to contact him to arrange a LP......argh!!

Seriously??  You're not dx?  If I had even one brain image that looked like that my neuro would dx me.

When do you see the neuro next?

I am wondering why you aren't diagnosed.  So many lesions.  Why are they withholding the diagnosis for you?

They look just like the ones I have but I only have 4 that I know of.  I am not yet diagnosed though either.

Hey Mistylee,

Tell me again why your not dx with MS?

You've got sx consistent with MS, you've got lesions (that look to my untrained eye) in the right places, the mimics are ruled out and the dx was.........

Have a look at this site, hope its the right one lol
