itchy head &sores on head

Hello, I just finished #12 of tysabri. they did a 5 day infusion of Solmedrol,after that I noticed my scalp was itchy and I had little bumps ALL over my head. anybody else??? it is driving me CRAZY. IAM TO START a pill soon.  I feel tysabri had helped me

Meanwhile, try washing your hair with hypoallergenic shampoo or maybe baby shampoo, lathering and rinsing several times.

I too am wondering if this is a reaction to the steroid. If I were you I'd put in a call to my neuro. Also, it wouldn't hurt, all other thing being equal, to try an antihistamine for a day or two. But ask.

This could also be just a coincidence, timing-wise. Are you using any new hair products? You could have contact dermatitis from something new. That would make sense if the problem is limited to your head.

Hi T- Did you have any reaction to the first 11 Tysabri infusions? I=Did you also have the IV Solumedrol each time?

Generally speaking things like rashes are not associated with MS. I wonder of you had some reaction to the steroids.
