MRI shows suggestive of demyelination.

Hi everyone, on my last MRI it showed changes in my lesion.  Some size changes as well as shape..
and Dawson's fingers.  


it said suggestive of demyelination.... can that happen with other diseases other then MS?  

thanks for any help...

Radiologists rarely say MS.  They say "suggestive of a demyleniating disease".  That translates to MS or something very similar.

Am I remembering correctly that this is the 2nd time your brain MRI has shown changes and or more lesions?

I know that Dawson's fingers is pretty specific with MS from what I've read. I don't think that there is other diseases out there that cause changes in lesions..shape &size, and Dawson's fingers except MS.
