Thanks to everyone!! What a warm wonderful group!
My neurologist is wonderful, just very cautious. I'm in Canada and have fabulous healthcare. Not sure I could survive on disability here though. I'm in the process of accounting for my investments and ensuring they are moved into lower risk opportunities.
I see my Neurologist on Thursday so I'm hopeful. I will see a Rheumatologist next month as well for the Lupus.
I don't enjoy being the patient!!!!!

Hi Teri, let me add my welcome here and then jump into your question. Red is right - these lesions locations and how they enhanced in the past but not now, sound suspiciously like MS.
Is the neurologist youare being treated by an MS specialist? This is such a confusing disease it really takes an MS doc to help sort it out.
It sounds like there is plenty of evidence to meet the Mcdonald criteria for MS - I would continue to work closely with an MS doc and get the answers sooner rather than later.
Before you get much further into this make sure your disability insurance coverage is adequate for your needs. It can be next to impossible to add it after you are dxd'.
welcome again and be well,
Lulu
Teri,
You are in very good hands here, the people here are wonderful and supportive.
I am glad you have a positive attitude about wanting a diagnosis so you can go on with your wonderful life. It is awesome to have such an attitude.
I truley hope you can get your dx soon. I am still in limbo and have been for 2 years now but hopefully you have a better doc than me.
HUGS
Paula
