SMO's and Hyper Extension
I went through my first pair of SMO's in 4 weeks because of hyperextension. They had to put me in a different style of AFO.
Anyone have significant hyperextension problems? Bad enough to ruin a new pair of AFO's in a month?

Just thought of this idea. Google AFO braces and that will give a better explanation than I can.
I am not sure what AFO stands for but they are braces that go from just under my knee down under my foot. They are for foot drop and help support my legs and hips.
They are not bad but it makes wearing shorts or a dress not as attractive as it used to be.
