HAVE YOU DISCUSSED WITH YOUR DOCTOR THE POSSIBILITIES OF SEEING AN ORTHOTIC DOCTOR.
FOR STRENGTHENING,PHYSICAL THERAPY CAN BE BENIFICIAL OR AT HOME LIGHT EXERCISES IN USING THERABANDS OR RUBBER BAND THERAPY,THESE CAN BE PURCHASED AT ANY ATHLETIC STORE.
EXERCISES AS IN LUNGES,STRAIGHT LEG RAISES LAYING ON A BED.MANY EXERCISES STANDING AT A KITCHEN COUNTER(FOR BALANCE AND SOMETHING TO HANG ON TO) CAN HELP WITH THE LEGS.
FOR THE LUMBAR,BELEIVE IT OR NOT LYING ON A BED AND BRING YOUR KNEES TO YOUR CHEST AND DOING STOMACHE CRUNCHES WILL STRENGTHEN THE LUMBAR.
START OUT SLOW,TO PREVENT SORENESS AND SPASMS.
JUST SOME THOUGHTS.
