Saw rheumotologist yesterday, Tremor found

Had an appiontment at Rheumy he said I need 4 objectives and he only found one, a Tremor in my upper body. Now I am afraid that he will suggest to my GP that I do not need a Neuro. I still have muscle spasms in my legs and craShellymping and still on Baclofen. What do I do?

oh.. I almost forgot. Yes, I have muscle spasms every day all day. In my legs and now I notice them in my left arm. Now that I think about it, he mentioned in the dictation that ( these are his words not mine) "She probably has a more noticable tremor in her right side." Which is weird because part of my right hand is numb and has not returned to normal although it does seem less sever. By the way I noticed that my spasms aren't as strong as they were but I am not sure if that is because I have been taking Baclofen for about 2 months now.
Thank you for responding Heather. I really feel scared and alone as well as confused.

The Rheumy said that he had to find 4 objectives durring my physical exam in order to say that I should have further testing for a Neurological disorder like MS. He said that he only found one which was the tremor. He checked my entire body for pressure pionts, I guess checking for Fibromyalgia. He mentioned that if I noticed anything else I should report it right away to my doctor ( such as my entire arm going numb or any other part of my body) or that I should perhaps go to the ER. He also said that Neuological disorders like MS take a long time to diagnose. As far as testing, I had an MRI of the brain (negative) and extensive blood work to check for lyme, and others. My Carbon Dioxide was a little high, but otherwise normal. Now the Rheumy, he asked many questions some of which he asked me twice such as is there a history of MS or other Neurological disorders in my family. And he asked some questions about whether or not I ever had liver disease, kidney disease, heart or lung disease. He had me stand straight and put my arms out in front of me and then close my eyes. I was deffinately wobblely which surprised me since I have never tried that before. he said nothing about that though. I tried this again when I went home and I almost fell over. Other then those things that was pretty much it. He did a dictation on his recorder in front of me, and I am pretty sure he said that he sees no reason to follow up with a Neuro. However, after he was finished I told him that I already had an appiontment with a Neuro. he said that it was a good idea that I go.
I am confused.

A tremor, as far as I know, IS Neurological.  Is he saying otherwise?

Forgive me if I have forgotten Shelly, what testing have you had thus far to rule out other kinds of disorders?  Please forgive me for asking this.  My memory isn't always what it should be.

Do you spasms everyday?  Do you notice things like becoming weaker when you get overheated?  Is your weakness coming in spells or something that lasts for a few weeks than disappears?  Or is it everyday?

I want to help sweetheart, so please refresh my memory, so I can TRY to help.

I am headed to a Rheumy for the first time in June.  Maybe YOU can give me a little advice about what to expect.  Although I have MS, I am being checked out for osteoarthritis. I have Fibromyalgia, also.

I hope I can help you.  Big Hugs,
Heather

One more thing, he mentioned that I didn't have weaknes in my legs or arms but only had me bend down once and then stand up again. He did not mention my spasms besides acknowleging that I said that I have them. I know that I have weakness since I haven't exercised in three months simplely because I can't and I have been into exercise since I was a junior in high school over twenty years ago. I even have a hard time holding my cell phone up to my ear. What is going on??
