Off topic but have you heard about...

I don't suffer from ms but I have a family member who was diagnosed 3 years ago. Anyways I took my son to panama In July for stem cell treatment for his autism and when I was there there were a lot of people traveling there with ms for treatment. I don't think it's worked for everyone but there have been many people who have had amazing results. I just thought some of you would be interested in learning about it. It has helped my son quite a bit with his autism and we have only been back for three weeks.

Good luck to everyone

Duke will do a stem cell transplant on an MS patient but they have not found a candidate yet. You have to just be starting with the disease and no DMDs will work. The thing is once the damage is done stem cells will not repair it. It only works on future damage. For this reason the MS Specialists think it is to risky at Duke.

Wake Forest will be growing organs from the patient's own tissue in the near future. Hopefully they will figure out how to grow nerve cells.

Ya it's not poroveN so it's not available in Canada or the USA that's why I had to travel to panama to get it for my son... But it is well worth the trip and money... If any one has any questions about the place I went to I would be happy to answer

Hi there,

Thank you! It's nice of you to include us! I hope your son continues to do well, and your family member.

I have heard of good results too - though in the states from what I know, most only can get treatment from trial studies.

All the best to you too,
shell
