finally a working diagnosis but not MS

all this started in 2006 and finally a diagnosis of progressive spastic ataxia that could be hereditary but the DNA test costs a lot. Vanderbilt is now referring me to the their movement disorder clinic. Not sure what they do but they are suppose to understand the spasticity, muscle weakness, atrophy and hyperflexia that is getting really weird.

I've missed folks here but i have been lurking some even if its not MS there are some thing like it. will be trying to get up to date on what people are doing now. hope everyone has a great weekend.

Gabapentin, baclofen, flexeril, slow stretching, conserve energy,  use wheelchair when out and about. Know my limits and stop before I hit them. That's the hardest one. Will see what the movement disorder clinic says
