Alex gave such good info - I had nothing to add at the time. But, I have bone spurs, HNPs, and lesions in my c-spine and MS if that helps.
It's so hard to manage the chronic pain that comes from this type of problem - I can relate :(

I don't know if this is close or one thing has anything to do with the other but I thought I would share my experience in the slight chance it may be helpful.
In the last year I have developed skeletal nerve pain. Since I am athletic I initially suspected I had stress fractures. But too much of a concedence that I felt it in both calves and both forearms. I adjusted many things in my exercise routine and nothing made impact. Finally in time I realized that I do from time to time experience skeletal pain.
Cobroxin (a relatively new OTC pain reliever) has helped me with this pain.
Thanks so much for your time..the other comment was for the othee person :) but similar situations ...I feel like there must be more to my situation due to the mild emphasis on my bone spurs being"tiny"andthe "mild effect onthe c6 nerve root"as specified in the report on my mri..I'm just so...tired of the unknown ...and my symptoms being so similar to both ms and bone spurs /disk problems...happy new year to you..and thank you again
I'll go take a look and see if we can add to your quesiton with some advice. Thanks for letting us know you haven't heard from anyone - it can happen here, especially on a weekend , and even more so on a holiday weekend.
