I know that is hard waiting for answers. I understand the frustration of having the tests not telling you what is wrong. My testing lasted two years. For me the LP had enough o-bands so I was diagnosed with MS. Lets hope you get an answer soon. If it is not MS ask the neurologist or GP where to go from here for an answer. There are many illnesses which share symptoms with MS.

Hi and welcome,
I'm not sure i've heard of anyone specifically saying they experience the same things you have but seizures are an uncommon symptom of MS, so if it is seizure related it may be an indication of an alternative causation.
If your EEG was perfectly normal, your results would of shown an actual seizure happening during the EEG but if you felt your eyes rolling during your EEG without all the other seizure like activities, i can only think of the eye rolling sensation having nothing to do with seizures exactly but it 'possibly' being a visual issue instead.
IF you mean you had a full seizure like episode during your EEG but your EEG was normal, i'm sorry but the only thing i know on the subject is that episodes that don't have the characteristic EEG changes generally fall into the classification of being 'non-epileptic seizures', of which there are two completely different types, organic and non organic.
If you have abnormal nerve conductor test results, MS usually wouldn't be at the top of your list of possible causes.....nerve conduction studies actually determine the conduction in the peripheral nervous system, which are 'usually' unaffected in MS so with MS it's more common for that test to be normal.
Two brain lesions wouldn't be enough to meet the Mcdonald diagnostic criteria for MS, 2 unspecific lesions wouldn't usually be suggestive of MS and depending on their location not necessarily even classified as abnormal, so with out any other information regarding lesion location, type, size, shape etc there isn't enough to even speculate on if MS is a possible explanation.
I honestly don't think MS would be your most likely explanation, something abnormal is happening but from what you've mentioned, id think you have enough uncommon to put MS lower on your list of potential causes, so if the other test results are not suggestive-consistent with MS, it maybe helpful to directly ask your neurologist what else could of caused these test results and cause the seizure like activity i've been experiencing, it might get you an answer or at least further tests looking for causation.
Hope that helps.........JJ
