My body use to vibrate from head to toe.

My body use to vibrate from head to toe when I layed down at night.  I never mentioned it to my doctor.  I also get mild migraines frequently.  One doctor asked my if I wanted to go on a medication that was suppose to help prevent migraines.  She said I had to take it every day.  She said it was originally made for epileptics, it is called Topamax.  I was on 25 mg. Topamax everyday, about two weeks later I realized I wasn't "vibrating" anymore at night.  I only took it for about 1 or 2 months and then I stopped.  I didn't "vibrate" again for about 4 to 6 months.  Then I took it for another month and it stopped.  Now I only take it when the systems start up again about every 4 to 6 months.

Chemtrails, SmartDust, Biotechnology, Nanotecgnology, Geoengineering. NewAge beliefs of other dimensions and realities were put out to confuse the naive public. We are being changed into transhumans and the government and military-industrial complex hold the keys. We should better watch where our tax money is spent. I recommend acupuncture, qigong, reiki, and choosing a healthy non-inflammatory foods diet, plus taking supplements that are good for nerve function. If you are being slammed with bad feelings your blood pressure might be elevating. You should monitor it at home, and leave the area for a while. Taking your blood pressure where you go can be revealing. You may believe then that our atmosphere is being geoengineered and the reason behind why cell towers and wifi are making people sick. Some people are targetted and or afflicted worse than others.

I have had ear problems Tinnitus (mine feel like a constant buzzing)  for many years now (Over 20) and my ears have always been dry, I use olive oil for that, and it helps. Lately my ears have been more problematic. Intensity of the buzzing has increased and there are other sensations that are new and different. Recently I was awakened  3 or so in the morning and the feeling I was experiencing was that the whole house was vibrating. I got out of the bed but did lay my hand on the bed and it felt as if it was vibrating.  I was so disturbed I checked with the HOA  where I live and they had had no reports of any one being disturbed with ground vibrations. I spoke with a couple of other people who live around me and the sensation seems to belong wholly to me.
Someone did suggest  that it could be an inner ear problem, and i have an appointment with an Ear Nose Throat physician. The sensation has happened several times since the initial experience but with lesser intensity. I am at a loss to understand what if anything is causing this unsettling experience. I do realize after reading a multitude of the posts here that the problem could be more complicated to track down that I initially thought. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis for 45 years now and it is a complicated  version as I have many other diseases that have accompanied the Rheumatoid, Sjogrens, Reynaud’s Phenomenon, Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, Esophageal Spasms , Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, I also have a right Bundle Branch Block, But have no idea if any of these conditions could be a contributing factor. Mostly because I don't know what I am experiencing or what the cause could be.  Ideas or comments please post.
