I am having extreme fatigue and headaches.

I am 20.I am having continuous headaches since 2 years, extreme fatigue, numbness in tongue, extreme sleepiness, tinnitus in right ear, eye pains, sometimes muscles twich for a moment at any part of body, difficulty concentrating due to headache, weight gain and sexual dysfunction.

MRI and CT of brain are normal. NCV of four limbs and EEG are normal as well. Lot of blood tests were done and everything seems normal.

I am sure that I do not have any anxiety or depression.

I have seen many neurologists, but they couldn't diagnose anything. All they prescribe is pain killers for headaches.

I had to quit my college because of this. Please help me figure out what this is.
Thank you
