Can I reverse the spots on my brain?

Ok... I have been having weird symptoms for years. But I am a nursing student with an RN sister who has identical symptoms and we are both hypochondriacs so we have never looked into our ailments. Well, a couple months ago (long story very short), she was finally forced to go in and has since been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of MS. I have since had an MRI as well and they’ve found T2 foci “much more numerous for a patient of this age should have”. It lists the possible causes and one of them is MS, but another is microvascular disease. I have years of experience in healthcare but know nothing about this and until tonight I have stayed off google. I finally caved and googled and now I’m panicking. Many times I’ve had stroke like episodes after exerting myself, especially during or after sex. Naturally, I’m a mess thinking I’m about to throw a blood clot and die or start hemorrhaging but I know if it were life threatening I would have been admitted so I don’t know what to think but I’d like to know if anyone else has had these on an MRI and what your doc said. I can’t see the neurologist until July 17th and don’t see my GP till June 6th. So I’m just sitting here panicking until then. Please don’t reply with any stories or comments that will scare me more or trigger anxiety. I don’t need to know about your cousin that died from this please. I just want to know what can be done to reverse them or what they’ve turned out to be for others And the treatment for them. Thank you in advance!!

The spots are called lesions and from my knowledge they will not go away. What you are seeing is scartissue. You may see that some spots are brighter than others. This  is how you know which spots are working harder or not. Bright is not good. Wont kill you but not good. Best luck
