Lips

Over the last few weeks, my upper right lip has been twitching constantly. It comes on suddenly and stays for  a while off and on, then disappears for a few hours and then starts all over again. Is this anything that I should be overly concerned about or will it eventually disappear altogether?

I would recommend consulting a Neurologist for his/her opinion ASAP.

If it were a tic you had, I'd also suggest you look into Tourette's syndrome.

It is something you should get checked out by a neurologist.  I am wondering if you are having Jacksonian seizures, which can involve a localized twitch.  Please see PM for more info.
