Can the doctor do a phone consult to go over these results? Two months is ridiculous.
So I found some things that may help. (I'm not a doctor, so I can't officially interpret this.)
No abnormal restricted diffusion - this is a good thing. http://mriquestions.com/dwi-bright-causes.html
No hydrocephalus or herniation - also a good thing - https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/001421.htm
There are scattered punctate to patchy areas of T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity within the supratentorial white matter. Although nonspecific, findings likely relate to etiologies such as small vessel ischemia from etiologies
such as diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, tobacco abuse or migraine headache. Less likely vasculitis or even possibly a demyelinating process could conceivably have a similar appearance. - this sounds like it could have a bunch of different causes, though migraine being one of them would make sense since it sounds like you're experiencing them. If you smoke or have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, that would explain this, too. (Smoking and high blood pressure can cause severe headaches, too.)
Flow voids - http://mriquestions.com/flow-void.html - it's a good thing that you have these present, apparently.
There is a mucosal retention cyst arising from the anterior aspect left maxillary sinus measuring 11 mm. This is grossly stable since the prior exam. - apparently they found this before in a prior MRI, and it's not growing.
I would call your doctor and see if they can do a phone consult, and discuss a treatment plan. If they can't get you in for 2 months, it seems like that would be reasonable. If they can't, ask if they have a cancellation list you can get added to. This is a list some offices keep so that if someone cancels, they can fill the appt.
Again - I'm not a doctor or radiologist and can't read MRIs. I just google different things in the MRI and try to help explain what they mean.
Keep us posted. Headaches stink. :(
