Multiple Sclerosis.

I had a MRI and it said the following.
IMPRESSION:

There are a few foci of increased signal in the cerebral hemispheres. Foci of
increased signal been associated with migraine headaches, seizures and mildly
process such as Lyme disease/multiple sclerosis. What does this mean?
Do i have MS or Lyme Disease?

This is absolutely descriptive report from radiologist, it tells us nothing more than what you understood. your symptoms, age, gender, and history of the illness is the determinant factors. multiple diseases including the two mentioned could cause white matter hyperintensities (as the report calls it increased signal).
