I've been having constant annoying twitching.

A little about myself
I am a male Early 20s
Around 5"6
And somewhere between 250lbs and 230lbs

About 4 or 5 months ago I started experiencing twitching in my left eyelid. At first I thought nothing of it and just let it be. Well now fast forward to now I still have the eye twitch but I also now have twitching in my nose area, left side of back, in both calves, both ankles, and feet. And also have been experiencing dizziness and fatigue, so badly that even doing meanial tasks like washing dishes or clothes makes me exhausted. More recently I have also been experiencing some pains in my legs and arms more particularly in the back of my thighs where I feel like I'm just brusied everywhere but there is no brusies. What really concerns me though is sometimes I'll have a different breathing pattern, I'll be able to fully breath in but I feel like it's very heavy breaths. I used to get what I thought was anxiety and just used to be scared of people and doing things and being judged and all. But this is just really bad and it's ruining how I live my life, I used to be so happy and excited to live my life but now I'm just terrified of if I'll live to see the next year. I know this is alot and pretty much symptoms scattered everywhere but I'm just so scared I have cancer or als or something life threatening. I read about symptoms that match this that range from low vitamin deficiency to thyroid problems to full on cancer or Als. It's terrifying to think I could die so young and I know I took my health for granted thinking just because I'm young I'm automatically healthy. It's just effecting my life so severely and I don't know what to do or how to act. Does anyone have any leads as to what this might be or if anyone else have ever felt this way. I would greatly appreciate thank you.

P.s.- I'm on here cause I don't have insurance of any kind I'm I'm currently waiting to be seen if I'm approved for Medicaid but it's a longer process than I thought. So I know the only way to make sure is to see a DR I just financially can't right now. And also I did go to the hospital about a month after these symptoms for stomach pain they took Blood tests, an x Ray of my chest, and ekg I believe and it all came back normal. However they did say I had a fast heartbeat or something?
