Hello.

Syncope can come for a few seconds due to anemia. Have you asked the doctor for any reason for his low Hemoglobin ? There must be certain symptoms for which his blood work was done.

thanks for ur reply. umm no hes never had MRI done and no one in the family has ever had a brain tumor. however i forgot to mention this but a couple of months ago he had a very low haemoglobin count of 6.5 . so hes been havin iron supplements since then. and now his Hb level is 10.5+. so do u think that could be another reason ?

Hello.

Has your father got any MRI of the brain done any time ? Is there any family history of a brain tumor ? Such unexplained attacks of dizziness are seen in brain tumors. This is just a possibility that I would like you to rule out.
