Why would glasses stop seizures?
I've been having seizures for 2 years with no real answers as to why and getting worse I've luckily recently found out that my 4year old glasses that was prescribed to me for reading only, has pretty much stopped my seizures and myoclonic movements by 95% but I still feel the seizure/resistance going through my body and some slight movement may come through but not as bad as it was before.
I've got new prescription glasses made and currently waiting to see an eye speacialist just to make sure nothing else is going with my eyes as it's affected my whole body system even breathing I was diagnosed with asthma a few months ago I was having an asthma attack and I thought I will try my glasses and see what happens it stopped completely which made me confused because do I even have asthma now .
I would like some insight as to why me not wearing my glasses for so long would trigger an extreme reaction from my brain and nervous system.
I currently take tegretol and that also helped with my seizures but not as much as wearing glasses has.
