Wet feeling in head and other symptoms

Hi, this is going to be long. So I've had a decline in health for the past 3 months. Themain worrying and recent issue has been a wet feeling I get in my head that changes direction if I'm lying down(if I'm on my right side it will go to the left etc) it started with a small pop then it just felt like water was being poured onto my head, it's now the 3rd night and I haven't been able to sleep since it happened. I've also been waking up in the middle of the night gasping for breath and it lasts like 5 mins after waking or until I sit up for while. Also been getting a quiet ringing in my ear. I've never suffered from anxiety but the unhelpfullness and condescending manner from doctors literally brings me to tears almost every night, especially since my partner goes away for 4 days every night for work and we've moved to a new area so I am not near any support system. So yes I am very stressed.

I have so many blood tests, chest x-ray, endoscopy and I'm going back to the doctor to see if I can get a mri scan. I have never been to the doctors so much in my life. Other symptoms include chest pain, breathlessness, can hear heart beat in my ear, headaches, head pressure, anxiety, depression, difficulty swallowing, neck pain and many more. Is this really all anxiety or something more?

Sorry so much has gone on.  So, your head isn't actually wet is it?  It's just a sensation?  The swishing or ocean in your head is possibly fluid in your ear.  Or Eustachian tube dysfunction.  That could also cause the ringing, headache and dizziness if you have that.  For me, it also causes nausea and sometimes vomiting. It gives me great anxiety too that it is going to flare up again.  The kind of doctor I would see if I were you is an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor or an ENT.  I have a hunch they will be able to diagnose you.

What have the doctors you've seen said?  Your tests haven't revealed anything noteworthy?
