I have this too but only this week and only after I stopped taking cymbalta for anxiety/depression

The swishing sound describes it well and it only happens when I move my eyes sideways, not up and down.

The tingling in my arms and legs occurs for a split second at the same time, kind of like an instantaneous pins and needles feeling.

It doesn't bother me but it is quite strange.

i have this too after stopping taking vensir xl for aniexty and depression.I stopped taking my meds because i thought with my docs approval  it was causing my tinnitus. But after reading other forums these seem to be linked causing a problem called gaze evoked tinnitus.  At least i know now i am not going nuts! Hope this helps.
