What is causing Paresthesia

They took me off Lisinopril I had it real bad at the time then. I would get it all over my body. Sometimes it would fire like two or three times in the same spot. Like I said I get it all over my body. Legs, back, arms, shoulders, neck, butt. It would be fine then at once it will hit then like maybe 60 minutes to a day later it will just all of a sudden clear up as fast as it came until next time. It has been a lot better since I have been off the Lisinopril.

I also have type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. It even comes on when my sugar is low like 108. My high blood pressure is new could it be related to that? I'm suppose to have an EKG, and a holter monitor in three days. I have taken aspirin but it doesn't seem to help. Should I take something else.
