Whats wrong with my sensations?

Hello i’m an 18 year old female and have been having complications with my sense of touch. Out of nowhere, my sense of touch gets messed up. This results in many strange feelings including but not limited to: not feeling anything when I do touch something, touch delay (feeling that i touched something a second later), increased sensitivity to any touch which results in unpleasantness or pain, random tingling, spikes or numbness. This occurs everywhere, all over my body even inside my mouth. It’s really impacting my daily life because it will cause me to lose focus or concentration (the weird sensation is 24/7, it doesn’t come and go), have trouble sleeping or eating because it’s painful or uncomfortable. aim experiencing increased sensitivity to temperature such as a hot cup and increased sensitivity to pain such as menstruation cramps. I don’t know if what I’m saying really makes sense because I don’t know how to describe it well, so my apologies for any repeated information.

I’ve experienced this twice before. Once was when I was on marijuana and lasted for about 2 days (Nov 2018), the second time (Dec 2018) was when I was in a really stressful situation and lasted for about a week. I previously thought that this might be a symptom of anxiety, but this occurred again in a time where I’m
not feeling any intense stress or anxiety.

A friend of mine who is a medical student suggested that my sensations might be neurological. I’m not sure if this is related, but I did have an epileptic episode in August 2018. I hit my ulnar nerve which I assume resulted in the episode? That was the only time I experienced that. I did not see a doctor after the seizure, because I don’t have medical insurance or the funds to go see a doctor unless I know this is a serious issue.

Apologies for any errors within my post, English is not my native language. Please let me know of any information that is related to this. Thank you so much!
