injury in right temporal region near eye

Almost three months back i accidentaly injred riht temporal region while sleeping by the bone of my index finger joint due to penetration of bone while i checked by moving jaw the muscle at the place responded so i think the place is temporalice muscle near eye since then i am felling pain on right side head near eye and ear difficulty in chewing and feeling pain on temporalis also area around eye and near ear appear somewhat swollen in addition there is a feeling of sllepliness like a feeling of inactiveness and lightness is there and a felling of wobble during walk in right side is there also a feeling of slight nerve simptoms in right hand is there i want to know what can be possible injury it is muscular or nerve which test should i prefer mri or mr neurography or ct scan
