Cold spot, what could it be?

Just the past few days, I have a cold spot on the top of my head just the size of a half dollar then sensation of it bleeding, I hesitate, I go to touch it as if I'm bleeding but I'm not bleeding. The feeling only lasts maybe 10 seconds but has been happening about 5 times a day. It's really weird and it scarys me. I told my Doctor she thought I was making it up. Then I told her its like a ghost I have no explanation for it but something is happening to me.
I had a MRI done 3 years ago because I thought that I had a stroke the left side of my face has permanent paralysis like bells palsy and it tingles. The results where negative but my body is telling me there is something not right what could the Doctors be missing?

I am 56, had MRI last week, Dr said yesterday, nothing showing..........so, now what? I could underline, bold type, highlight in every color, every statement in this forum. The buzzing I just had a few moments ago made me go on line and try to find answers, and I found this page. I am not alone, I see. I have been experiencing this 45 years. The buzzing, dizziness, nausea, falling for no reason, depression and anxiety from it all, and the daily headache/migraines. Everyday. 24/7. Ah, the auras all day that come and go. But, nothing in the MRI? So, what is causing it? I sit at a computer for about 10 hours a day.  Well, when I was from 10 years old to about 35, I did not sit in front of a computer, and had the same exact symptoms as I do now. Same quality or lack of quality of life. As I type this, it feels like someone is peeling the back of my scalp off, my right eye is at half sight, auras and the tingling in the upper right side of my head. Geesh..
