This is interesting because I also have recently gotten these. When I first lay down at night it feels like there is an earthquake shaking the bed..then i realize it is me. But I can't actually see my body shaking it just feels like it.  I also get it now everytime i roll over in bed and sometimes also when standing for long periods of time.  Quite a few times I am in a store and think, "wow, we are having a earthquake" then notice no one else is concerned

Hello,

I woke up on February 6th of this year with temors in my head and hands, which spread to my body.  I've been doing a lot of reading on tremors, and found that there are several kinds.

A lot of people have a normal physiological tremor that you can barely detect, that gets worse under stress or after physical exertion.

I can't remember all the different kinds.  Have you tried doing a search on "tremors"?  I found a lot of useful information.

Have you discussed this with any doctors?  I have seen two neurologists, who didn't think my tremors were much of anything.  I don't think anyone can guess without more information.

I sympathize with you; my tremors have been really bothersome.

Oh, I just had a thought, I wonder if what you are experiencing at night could be something like Restless Leg Syndrome?  I thought of mine as water running under my skin, or at worst, ants marching under my skin.  I suppose a tingle could be a mild form

But I'm just guessing.  I think you should talk to a doctor, if you haven't already.

Good luck.
