i would like to know more about this
I found this forum because I got up this morning with the most annoying vibrating at the bottom of my left foot. I feel it mostly in my heel and it comes and goes and if I place my foot in certain positions it goes away. (like resting my heel on the floor and raising my toes upwards) Propping it up DOES NOT HELP. Not painful at all, just annoying ! I went to the gym yesterday and did an intense aerobic workout then lifted some weights, but have been going to the gym for the past 3 months so don't attribute it to that. Argghhh.
I have had a pulsing vibration in the ball of my left foot (base of big toe) since yesterday afternoon. It started immediately after I got a flu shot in my left shoulder. Could be a coincidence I guess. I doubt it has anything to do with the vaccine itself since it began right away; if there is a connection it is probably just to being stuck with a needle.
My left foot has started the vibration today. It has done it in the past but I can't remember exactly when or if I was stressed or anything. I too thought it was my cell phone vibrating. My vibration is not constant and it doesn't happen all day long. It is pretty random. It last about 2 seconds. It might happen every 5 minutes or it might not happen for an hour. No rhyme or reason behind it. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
I posted on this very forum 7 months ago with my vibrating foot issues. Apparently it went away not to shortly after, but now it's back. Now it's in the heel and middle part of the left foot. Same symptoms as before which is a soft vibration every few seconds. It's completely painless, but annoying. Feels like my cell phone is in my shoe. I'm assuming it will go away just like it did last time, but I'm really starting to think I have some kind of nerve/vascular disorder. This is crazy!
Just started today in my right heel. Had my foot resting on the coffee table and told family someones phone was vibrating, then noticed no ones phone was on it. So weird, we'll see if it keeps going.
