I posted a question before, but now that I have read others, maybe I didn't include enough info. I am a 27 year old female. I have suffered from migraines, my whole life at this point I have them under fairly good control. I know all my triggers and although I can't prevent some of them ie weather and hormonal changes, I can catch most of them early before they become full blown. I have had mono twice in my life and now have consistently high epstein bar levels. I eat a very well balanced diet and drink a lot of water everyday. Lately (for about 2 weeks now) I have been feeling a pain and pressure in my head, it almost feels as if my brain is crooked. Sometimes the feeling is more intense than others, but always there. I also get these episodes where I feel very disoriented and can't focus. I feel foggy or like I am underwater. I have been extremely cold and achy all over as well, with extreme tightness in my neck and upper back. Any ideas? Could this be serious?
