Hello.
I am sure your son must have already been seen by a pediatrician. His hemoglobin is normal. This effectively rules out anemia and as a cause. He may however, be having episodes of hypoglycemia (reduced blood sugar). Do you recall if he gets these episodes when he has missed his breakfast? He may be prone for hypoglycemic attacks.
The normal electroencephalogram (EEG) does not necessarily rule out seizures. In many cases of atonic seizures (seizures with sudden loss of muscle tone, similar to a sudden paralysis), the inter-ictal (between episodes) EEG in normal. He should actually be screened by three EEGs, done one month apart.
Is he good in studies? How about his development? Were there any birth injuries?
Regards
Thanks for your kind concern about my son. He dont have any birth injury, his hieght is now 5.5 feet, weight is 50kgs, he is very intelligent by brain, in studies he get +80% marks, now he is studying in 9th std.
when he fell down this time he had balanced breakfast, whenever he plays he never had such situation. We feel his face has many white spots, i think due to calcium defeciency.
Dr. please advice me should i have his MRI ? OR should he go through any other tests ?
kindly give ur valuable advice.
I shall be highly greatful to you,

Hello.
If you can get a neurologist's consultation, you should consider 3 EEGs one month apart. You can go in for the MRI if you can, but only after the neurologist's consultation. The objective of the MRI would be to rule out any brain tumor or any other space occupying lesion.
Regards
Thanks for ur neuro consultation advice.
i will get back to you after consultation with neurologist.

Look up Neurocardiogenic syncope, and also get a cardiac work up, because there are a lot of heart conditions that cause fainting also. Get a EKG, tilt table test, and Holter monitor test. Thanks
We have completed complete investigations of my son.

2. Echo - Normal
3. ECG - Normal
4. EEG - Showed Abnormal Interictal record of generalised seizure disorder.
