why has my health declined from age 17 to present (28) so badly?

i have been on a ten year journey that has progressed into straight up 24/7 misery. it started with headaches (migranes here and there, then the worst neck and shoulder pain everyday, IBS (constipation then the runs), fatigue, i go from over sleeping to insomnia, my ob/gyn diagnosed me with severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders and gave me 10 mg flexeril daily but it had barely helped and oddly enough i does not make me tired one bit and i have heard of it knocking people out big time so maybe it just dosent work on me? numbness in fingertips, i was diagnosed with endometriosis and ovarian cysts and have had 3 surgeries for it, i have days when the urge to urinate never goes away, restless legs while lying down then when i walk my muscles are so sore it feels as if i am walking through sand at the beach, random soreness on my ankles as if they are bruised but i never hit them on anything, i have been seeing an E&T for clogging and popping in my ears that have never gone away despite meds, shots, etc. he suggested tubes but they cost ALOT and are not permanent, random blurry vision so bad i can barely read sometimes, i take medication for depression and have experienced anxiety and panic attacks, one which landed me in the emergency room, sometimes i have the night sweats so bad i have to literally sleep on ice packs i make by putting ice filled ziplocks in those big airplane bags used for shampoo and whatnot in case it explodes then wrapping it in towels. i had to do that because even aiming a fan directly on me did nothing for the sweats. my hair is soaked, my bed linens, pillows, the sweat literally rolls off of me.

some of these symptoms started ten years ago and over thje course of those years others have popped up but within the past month it has gotten much more severe.

the only thing i can come up with is fibromyalgia

i guess i will just ask my ob/gyn to refer me to a neurologist, i don't know what else to do. i am experiencing abdominal pain similar to when a ovarian cyst ruptured as of yesterday so things just keep happening and i can't understand what is going on.

i looked into the Dysautonomia it dosen't quite match up with me closely (the fainting seemed to be a big part of it), my main problem is that i have a neckache/headache literally every waking moment of everyday which i know is caused by the muscle spasms creating a tension headache. i have sensitivity/pain in 15 of the 18 fibro pressure points, i guess i am apprehensive due to the population that does not believe in fibro. my ob/gyn is the one who diagnosed the muscle spasms and the endo so i guess maybe i should go to her about these symptoms?

Sounds like you have Dysautonomia - Dysautonomia is when your autonomic nervous system doesn't work right.  It causes all kinds of problems.  Mine got so severe that I have been on disability since 1997 because of it.
