Given the number of nutrients out there, you're going to have to do your own homework on this one. That means getting some good books on vitamins, minerals and amino acids and studying them. Because many many nutrients have an effect on other nutrients. Just the one you mentioned, for example, calcium -- too much not only has an effect on iron, but also on other electrolytes, such as magnesium. All nutrients, if you believe there is an optimum level for each one, has some effect on other nutrients if they have to work harder to keep you in balance. So again, because there are so many nutrients and so many interactions, you're going to have to do this the old fashioned way and study.
