Nutrition and Fingernails.

Hello Nutrition community
Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
I added a picture of my fingernails to this message
i would love it if some people could give me their opinion of the health of my nails.
Does it look like I'm lacking a certain Vitamin?
is the color good? The cuticles seem to be very overgrown should i be concerned.
I'm on a mission to be the healthiest man i can be,
I'm 32 eat very well, Raw veggies ,fruit, everything organic, beef liver, great supplements and herbs..cardio everyday yet i feel my nails are not reflecting good health, everytime they get slightly wet the free edge is see through and soft, my cuticles grow very very rapidly over my nails..it seems below my nails is somewhat red as well, is that normal? i have slightly darker fingertips and knuckles but i read that is quite normal to have.. ( i had a life of very physical hard work lifting rock for 10 years, though i have quit for 2)
Anyway i don't want to ramble..
Thanks so much :)

They look quite normal.  If they weren't growing at all that could signify something.  If they were brittle that could signify something.  If there was too much white in them that could indicate a lack of zinc, but they don't look like that.  I'd say not to worry about it.
