There are a lot of people, who CANNOT be vegetarian!
Unfortunately, there could be dire health consequences, over time,
should the "wrong" diet be followed.

Sadly, no. Most vegans cannot keep a completely vegan diet longer than 8 years, since it it low in Vitamin B12 and iron, as well as certain amino acids. A 100% vegan diet involves a lot of calculation and knowledge about your daily intake and what you need etc, which is a pain for everyday living, too.
The best diet is a balanced vegetarian diet, which should also be low on carbs in general, and rich in vegetable and nut oils.
Humans are omnivores, and even if we wish to be, we are no herbivores.
